I came to your store when I was in the second grade with my parents ( I just celebrated my 30th birthday). They purchased me three brown teddy bears. I am not sure the brand but they had little peach mouths that you could open and close….. I fear after all these years he has gone missing….. I know that a replacement would not be the same but i feel that it could be a start. I would love to purchase another. Thank you, Sarah

Thanks for writing to me. I have found a teddy that I hope is very close to yours. He
is golden and very soft (loves to be hugged and not afraid to fly)
He is 8 inches sitting and has a little pink tongue. I’m sure this is not the same bear,
but he would be a very good friend. His price is $11.95 + shipping. If this sounds
good, let us know and we will work out the details so he can come to your house.

I hope everyone has been enjoying summer. Did you wish Smokey Bear Happy Birthday on 8/9/09 ? Smokey Bear was 65 on his birthday, that’s lots of years preventing forest fires ! We are always looking for new Smokey items for collectors, so check Smokey’s section often to see whats new.

Is the Gund bear on your site (G-7190) a licensed bear — or is it just one that resembles Little Bear from the Sendak books? Kathy from Aurora, Colorado

The “Little Bear” is official and is licensed by GUND. He also comes with a “Maurice Sendak’s Little Bear” custom tag and a sewn-in “Little Bear Series” copyright tag too.

YES! We have so many bears in the Ark that they could bearly ever fit
on our website. We have lots of really big bears and lots of really
tiny miniature bears and hundreds in between. You can always call or
email if you are looking for a certain bear.
